Calm before the storm

Our shoot hopes to embody a sense of stillness and reflection. In quarantine, many of us did a lot of self-reflecting and realizations as we discovered just how to really understand ourselves. Instead of the typical representation of self reflection in mirrors, we chose water as a form of a reflective substance, as it can both encompass an individual in its clarity while also displaying a reflection, both of yourself and your surroundings. The water surrounding our models in solitude represent clarity, reflection, and stillness of solitude.
